About

I am originally from Setúbal, Portugal, but life led me to settle in Tramagal, in the heart of Portugal, where I found a space to pursue my passion for wood. It is here that I created my woodshop, the place where I bring my ideas to life and work with the material that fascinates me the most: wood.
My journey began with the creation of furniture – desks, beds, shelves – but it was through crafting lamps that I rediscovered my true calling as a sculptor. This process led me to combine the art of sculpture with the unique beauty of exotic woods, creating pieces that reflect my artistic vision.
My work is inspired by nature and human life, elements that constantly challenge me to evolve. I am always seeking new techniques and materials, but I never lose sight of the handmade approach that defines all my creations. The focus is on working with noble materials, respecting their singularities and unique characteristics, which gives each piece its own identity. Each piece is designed and sculpted by hand, making it one of a kind. The goal is to convey, through each work, my interpretation of the world and the beauty I find in the little things.
Whether a lamp or a sculpture, each creation reflects my commitment to quality, originality, and the craftsmanship of working with my hands, transforming wood into something special.
